What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial strategy, responsible for:

  • ​Leading growth across the CASE industries in European markets

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers and principals

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets (volume, revenue, margin)

  • Conducting in-person client meetings and attending industry events

  • Providing technical insight and market intelligence

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (essential)

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language

  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant materials or applications

  • Proven B2B sales or commercial experience in a technical/industrial setting

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and forecasting tools

  • A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to travel internationally
