🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Spearheading commercial and business development initiatives across Europe
Driving revenue, margin, and customer growth in line with ambitious targets
Building and nurturing relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Identifying and onboarding new strategic partners and principals
Representing the company at key industry events and exhibitions
Collaborating with technical and support teams to deliver exceptional service
Traveling across Europe (30–40%) to engage with clients and stakeholders
🧠 What You Bring
A science degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
Proven experience in technical sales of chemicals or resins into the composites industry
Strong technical understanding of composites and their manufacture.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with a passion for business development
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Eligibility to work in Europe (no sponsorship provided)
Language skills, fluent English is essential with an additional language in French or Germany or Dutch or Spanish or Italian
