Our client is a prestigious manufacturing company which is part of an international group. They are seeking an experience Sales Professional to sell a range of composites and services into the the transport and rail industries. Experience of composites would be an advantage but a proven track record in technical sales is essential. Role can be home based in the UK with weekly visits to office in Somerset
Key Tasks
Manage order Intake, identification and development of a portfolio of assigned customers for the composites products and services in line with the strategic growth plans.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: development of new business and management of existing customers
Account planning & management - identify opportunities, attend industry events and conferences, follow market trends and competitor activity
Reporting - timely reports submitted to CRM, forecast sales & contribute to marketing strategies
Candidate Profile
Proven experience of achieving sales goals in B2B.
Commercial experience within the composite industry is highly valued.
Technical knowledge of composite is advantage
Experience of networking, prospecting, research writing and closing skills.
Experience of sales planning.
Able to prepare offers, calculations, negotiate, communicate with internal / external partners and customers
Travel throughout the UK - UK driving license is essential.
