Location: Home Based with regular visits to Office
Our client is the partner for a major manufacturer of a range of specialty chemicals, additives, resins and monomers. Due to the growth of the business in Europe and UK, they are seeking sales executives to join the sales team. You will be responsible for business relationships and sales in the UK and Europe and be based from the UK office with travel. You will take ownership of the speciality chemicals range and focus on the coatings, inks, paints, adhesives etc.
Key responsibilities
Support the company in its strategy to develop within the European market
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
Pro-actively search for new customers in the European market
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, customer demands, and emerging opportunities
Assist with tracking sales performance, analysing key metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts
Produce product/ company presentations and assist in presenting to potential and current customers
Assists with the production of technical presentations with the support of formulation and research teams
Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing the company professionally, networking with key stakeholders, and promoting the company's products and services
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Visit customers, distributors and suppliers as required
Implement and fulfil the tasks given by sales director.
Essential requirements for the role:
You are an enthusiastic sales/ technical executive with an interest in the inks, coatings and adhesives market
You are educated to a degree-level in a scientific discipline.
Proficient in English, and comfortable understanding from a technical level
·ou are able to analyse the market, marketing and sales planning.
Strong business acumen ad B2B experience
You have high interpersonal competence and negotiation skill.
Willingness to travel in Europe to meet customers when possible
You are able to work independently under remote management
You are self-driven and proactive
