Our global client supplies innovative specialty chemicals to the personal care and other industry sectors, they are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join the highly successful UK team. Our client is a global company who offers career development and progression alongside training and mentoring. Home based, you will develop sales to customers in the personal care sector and build relationships with international suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility to grow sales through the prospecting and developing of new potential accounts, as well as supporting and developing the relationships with current customers
Visit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships
Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers based in Asia, Europe and the US through joint visits and regular reporting, to support mutual growth of our joint businesses
Support the business activities by managing the product portfolio
Update and maintain projects and compile meeting reports in our CRM system
Profile:
Relevant sales experience in the personal care industry, preferably with a technical background in products/applications for personal care industry
Broad network in the personal care industry would be an asset
Entrepreneurial spirit with a variety of sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
Highly organized self-starter capable of managing your customer visits schedule and territory effectively
Hands on in the day-to-day running of the business with attention to details
Must have the right to work in the UK with UK driving license
