In this role, you will manage R&D teams both in the UK and internationally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include overseeing commercial and technical support functions, as well as operations and quality control.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in leading R&D, manufacturing, and coating formulation projects
Strong technical background in coatings, with knowledge of polyurethanes and UV curing preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to travel internationally
