Hybrid role with 2-3 days in Head Office in Berkshire
Our client is an International manufacturer with an excellent brand presence, they are looking to build their profile and customer base in the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the growing UK team at this exciting time of significant expansion in the UK market. The role will encompass all aspects of marketing and brand management, the successful candidate will have some marketing experience ideally with experience in selling to retail, paints, adhesives, DIY products & sundries and construction products.
This is a broad marketing role, reporting to the Marketing Director, with responsibility for the timely delivery of key annual marketing initiatives spanning social and digital campaigns, PR, advertising, product launches, customer/retailer marketing and events.
Managing social media activities including maintaining key social media sites and developing and executing on the social media calendar, curating and creating posts.
Managing the UK market implementation of key product launches, including development of communication materials and implementation within our retail channels.
Leading the planning and execution of local and national trade shows and customer events.
Development of digital content for brand website and to support our Authorised Stockist partners and showrooms with local marketing initiatives.
Developing and executing in-store activation programmes.
Liaising with the PR agency to execute the monthly campaign.
Working closely with the North America marketing teams to leverage campaigns and key assets for the UK market.
Delivery of campaign, monthly and quarterly reports, providing analysis, sentiment and recommendations based on the data.
Creative flair, with excellent verbal and written skills and outstanding attention to detail
Strong project management experience with excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work on a broad range of projects across multiple marketing disciplines with pace and rigour.
Experience of campaign planning, implementation and analytics.
Proactive and enthusiastic person with an interest in interiors and the decorative paint industry.
