An exciting new role for a ambitious individual with at least 2 years experience in technical sales to join a growing chemicals distribution company. They are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive, based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

Following our intense training programme, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying leads

  • Arranging face to face meetings

  • Identifying business opportunities

  • Making calls

  • Sending emails

  • Visiting your key business partners on a regular basis

  • Attending industry conferences and exhibitions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a degree or equivalent in chemistry

  • Enjoy networking

  • Tenacious and ambitious with a strong ability to build rapport with stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills and can clearly introduce our company and explain our set up whilst obtaining the required information to close face to face meetings with key decision makers

  • Resilient to rejection can easily adapt to a fast-changing environment

  • Professional English is essential in this role and an additional language such as French, Dutch, Spanish, Polish or Italian is advantageous

  • Open to traveling as this will become more frequent after the first few months

  • You will need a full UK driving license

  • Must have the right to work in the UK, sponsorship is not available
