Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, acting as a primary point of contact
Manage complex calendars across time zones, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Track key tasks, deadlines, expenses, and documentation to keep leadership focused and organised
Support selective personal administration where required
Maintain office operations, including facilities, supplies, events, and team welfare initiatives
Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
Manage onboarding processes and day-to-day HR administration (records, absence tracking, policy compliance)
Maintain organised systems for files, presentations, and correspondence

Highly organised, proactive, and personable, with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and time-management capability
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remotely managed environment
Highly proficient with business technology, Microsoft Office tools, and modern AI-assisted workflows
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to grow with a scaling business
Degree from a reputable University desirable
