As an Account Manager in the Industrial Business Unit, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of agrochemicals (80%) and water treatment (20%) across the UK and Europe. What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of industrial clients, delivering tailored solutions and driving profitability.

  • Spot opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships, promoting a diverse, high-quality product range.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and technical experts to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Build trust with customers and suppliers through regular virtual and in-person engagement.

  • Lead market expansion, launching new product lines and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

  • Leverage data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities—informing smarter, faster decisions.

  • Champion customer success, managing everything from samples to pricing via Salesforce.

  • Stay ahead with ongoing technical training and market insights, ensuring you’re always adding value.

What You Bring

  • A strong commercial background in agrochemicals and/or water treatment.

  • A degree in a scientific discipline (ideally Chemistry) or equivalent industry experience.

  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable with stakeholders at all levels.

  • CRM-savvy (Salesforce preferred) and confident with Microsoft Office tools.

  • You must have the right to work in the UK with a full UK driving licence (sponsorship is not available)
