  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and optimise profitability.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, and pipeline activity.

  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions worldwide.

Candidate Profile

  • Driven and relationship-focused key account management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proven success managing and growing key customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth.

  • Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, polymers, plastics, technical materials, or a related sector.

  • A consultative, solution-led sales approach.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management experience.

  • You must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to travel to Europe and internationally (approximately 25–40%).

Why Join?

  • Join a thriving international manufacturer during an exciting phase of growth.

  • Work with established global customers and recognised industry brands.

  • Clear opportunities for career progression and personal development.

  • High-profile role with significant autonomy and influence.

  • Collaborative, innovative, and entrepreneurial culture.
